which bolt holes takes studs on 5.0 exp intake

I know the front two take studs for the coil pack, and iirc there are other holes that take studs for mounting purposes? my setup is going to be stock, so if anybody can tell me what holes that would be great. I am thinking the tubes for heater my bolt up on a stud.

one towards Pass rear for cooling tubes
