Wiring Harness Help

On my Centech wiring harness, the engine bay harnesses are not going as planned. It keep sparking on the positive terminal and wont light the dash or anything? Not entirely sure how to fix.

One way is to pull all fuses then reconnect wire which sparks and see if it does, if not, then start replacing fuses one at a time.

if it fries every fuse you replace then you have to go all in and start disconnecting sections to see which one is he problem.
