Hey Everyone,

I've posted a few times but never did the "intro" post. I just purchased a 1970 Bronco and am only the 2nd owner. It was located in southern Colorado and hadn't been driven in about 20 years. The body is completely clean with no rust. It has the original yellow paint and it appears the hard top has never been removed. Everything is 100% original and even the interior cabin light still works!

As far as issues, it needs brakes badly. I've got a line on a matched set of 1975 Dana 44 front and 9" rear with disc all around (big bearings and large brakes) which I will be swapping in soon. Other than that, I installed shocks and a matching set of door locks and ignition switches.

I'll post some pics soon. Thanks!

Very sweet looking truck you have there... Even cooler is the fact you are the second owner. Pretty sweet. Welcome to one of the best sites (and the best EB site) around.

so thats what a clean engine bay is supposed to look like, nice looking rig, welcome aboard.

Thanks everybody! Yea...once I saw it, I knew it was a diamond in the rough. The lack of rust is amazing...only the drivers floorboard has a little.

I just bought the axles...any suggestions on the best stuff to get them clean with? I think I'll also repaint while their out.
