Yes. Power comes into the flasher thru the “x” terminal, then out the “L” terminal to the turn signal switch via the blue wire. The hazards work the same way but use a separate power source, and flasher so they can work with out the key on.
Power from the hazard flasher routes to the turn signal switch connector in the column. It then routes out the same wiring that the turn signals use. So, if the hazards worked, then you know the wiring to the LEDs is good.
If the indicator lights in the gauge work with the hazards, but not with the turn signals, then you are not getting power to the turn signal switch via the turn signal flasher.
