Yes. Power comes into the flasher thru the “x” terminal, then out the “L” terminal to the turn signal switch via the blue wire. The hazards work the same way but use a separate power source, and flasher so they can work with out the key on.

Power from the hazard flasher routes to the turn signal switch connector in the column. It then routes out the same wiring that the turn signals use. So, if the hazards worked, then you know the wiring to the LEDs is good.

If the indicator lights in the gauge work with the hazards, but not with the turn signals, then you are not getting power to the turn signal switch via the turn signal flasher.

Ok make sure your turn signal wires coming out of steering column are not loose in the connector (plastic "horse-shoe" connector). Make sure the male "wires" not the connector are secure to corresponding wires in the other female connector. I had a new turn signal harness and the old connecter would snap securely but the wire ends would not mate. I had to press the wires individually to mate the wires together after the (plastic "horse-shoe" connector) was secure.

Slow.... Did the male to male jumper wire and I get a solid light with the key in and the signal either way. Both front and rear come on.

I'm checking fuses next. Hope I didn't fubar the flasher.

One other thing of note the batt may be draining with all the stuff I've been doing so I've got a charger on it for good measure.

I got the napa one listed in this thread locally.

But the flasher said it needs a 25a fuse. I got a 30.

That will work fine with the larger fuse. You could plug the flasher back into the hazards to make sure it still works. If it does, disconnect a front and rear bulb and see if the other two still flash with the hazards. You may have an issue with the flasher not tripping if only two bulbs are activated.....

Oh for the love of....

I got my reverse lights working (LEDs) with a new np435 switch.

Put my batt charger on and hooked up the LED flasher to it's correct spot and now the signals work. Guess I had a low voltage issue. Unbelievable.

Leaving the charger in for awhile. Battery is only a couple of years old.

Now I need to rewire my license plate light up.

It's good progress though.

Well, I believe it's all done.

Turn signals work.
Back up lights work.
License plate light wired in and wires more or less tied up and out of the way.

Friggin glass cover for the license plate light broke. And had to more or less destroy the bulb getting it out. But I've tested it with the meter and its got power with the running lights.

Would like to get a cool white led bulb for it but don't know about a bulb cover since the stock broke.

Thanks again to all who helped in here I really appreciate it. Now I can pick my daughter up from school in it tomorrow for her birthday.

Yeah I saw your post in an older thread while searching. Did you just remove the bulb cover and leave it open?

No... I put the cover back on. That was the only bulb I found that the cover would fit over... You need the cover to keep the water out.

Gotcha. Wonder if I can just get the glass. I don't want a whole new assembly (unless this one ends up not working) because I'll have to splice more wires lol.
