This 77 project came from Charles from BroncosbyBart and was carefully delivered to me in NY by Matt (EB66to77). The project came with the frame done, new stainless lines and a new James Duff 3.5" suspension lift with dual shocks up front and 2" body lift (which will probably get changed out). The tub is in good shape and filled with all sort of good stuff. It came with some replacement panels and I ordered a few more which should be here this week.
I am fairly new to all this but I have nothing to worry about. This project is now comfortably parked in Jay Blakelees's shop and the ideas are already flowing.
As the thread title states it will be a Luber. More details to follow as we figure them out.

Dube,

I bend the inner metal back and plasma/ cuttoff wheel the whole 1/4 off leaving the bent edge there then go at the edge pcs with the air chisel...

also when putting the new one on i punch/drill a bunch of holes on the edge... and use self tappers to hold it in place... im sure some guys do it different then i do... but this works good for me...

also... with the fitt around the tail light sec... i like to punch the holes closer together( makes for fitting better ) you can twist the shit out of the panel to get the fit right..

hope that helps
