Thought I would share this in case someone else has the same model - Holley 12-700. It never let me down but every summer on hot days it would get loud, started noticing it getting even louder, could hear it over the exhaust. Something told me I better replace and keep the one I have as a spare because it was on it's way out. I did a search and found that the pump I have, the one Holley provided in the kit I bought for the Terminator, was discontinued. Didn't say why it was discontinued but the description shows this pump should not be used in temps above 90 degrees...which basically eliminates the summer in North America. Geez. (see pic)

I'm shopping around as well. I picked up a pair of Spectra pumps for something like $67 each and they last about 2 tanks of gas and die. Yes, the tanks are good and clean, the pump is properly spec'd for the Sniper. When it works, they work fine.

I have an open shopping basket on Summit right now and am about to buy some Walbro pumps. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/vpn-gsl392bx that also need a pair of fittings https://www.summitracing.com/parts/vpn-128-3057. Have not pulled the trigger (yet).
