I ordered a manual gas valve from Tom's Bronco Parts in mid June, but unfortunately they were out of stock and had to backorder my order. I got notification end of last week that it had been shipped to me via Fed Ex 2-day express, great, they shipped it express to make up for the lateness of the order.
Unfortunately, by error, it was shipped to my billing address instead of my ship to address, and arrived there yesterday. I called Customer Service yesterday afternoon when I discovered what had happened and they immediately said they would get another one sent out to me.

It arrived here in Eastern Arizona from Oregon this afternoon less than 24 hours after I talked to Tom's. WOW! Bronco Vendors are in a Class to themselves Super Customer Service, and my thanks again to Tom's Bronco Parts. I'll return the original one to Tom's, if the Porch Pirates don't steal it before I can get someone to secure it.

Agree - They've never missed next day on my orders as I'm only 200 miles north. If something was missing, they shipped a replacement next day no questions asked - they actually use the parts themselves so quality control from their vendors is built into everything they sell. Good bunch of folks!

Another two thumbs up from me Jason was a big help. When I got home the twin stick knobs were dinged up and he sent me new ones.

A lot more personal to deal with Tom's than some of the other big vendors. Tom's is a huge vendor but they maintain that small town parts store feel. In my opinion, customer service is second to none. I ordered parts back in January for delivery to Super Celebration in April. During the beginning of the Covid19 pandemic and subsequent cancellation of SC, I got laid off from work and was unsure of how long I was going to be furloughed. I called and spoke with them about my issue and they cancelled my order and refunded my money without issue. Very understanding of my situation! I have since re-ordered and received my parts (new door), and will most likely never use anyone but Tom's going forward just because of the understanding they had with my situation.TOM'S has supplied about 80% of the new parts on my 77' and will most likely supply the rest.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD!

I can't say enough about Tom's. Those guys are the best, and because of that, i order as much as I can through them now. Truly a stellar vendor.
