Thinking of going back to stock height. Leave the 2 inch body lift.

Because 2 1/2 inches before hitting anything is more than enough for most standard daily driving, I would simply pull that tall bump stop off for now (unless the axles already out) and drive it that way.
2 1/2 is pretty decent clearance and most of us never hit the stock bump stops, which is about the same amount of clearance I think.
At least it’ll get you some ride comfort for the time being.
Hitting above stop is certainly not fun, but there’s no reason to make it that close. If anything, instead of taking it off, just chop 2/3 of it off as it sits now.

Never use a highlift jack for maintenance or other work. For emergency and trail use only.
