Naaa. I dont cringe but. With those wheels do every light in led and make some modern changes. Such as. BIllet headlight/tailight/side marker rings rings. Billet door handles. Billet dash controls. Make the whole thing look more modern. You see where im going?

Again, this solves your problem

Winch fairlead LED mount. There's a few out there. I just picked one. Easy install on your setup. They have them for bars and 7".

I do like that.....Think I will buy one of those...I like the jcroffroad one..looks like it will hold a nice size bar..But I wonder what size bar will fit the hole spacing. The bars I've looked on Amazon doesn't give a measurement..Ill do some more research...

Yes....One day that will be my end game....Looking into LED headlights right now....The Bronco will be grey (haven't decided what color yet) and everything else is trimmed in black...wanting to have black door handles and side mirrors...I've heard you can paint the chrome ones...but that's a different story...Im assuming when you drilled holes for the bolts you went thru both sides of the windshield to get to the nuts??? If you have a picture that would be great....

Those light bars are so bright, you really can't use them out on the trail unless you're the guy up front. Rock lights underneath are the best thing out on the trail, they help the guy behind you. I run the old Hella Rallye's. I guess they're period correct, because they've been on there a loooong time.

ok here several pictures of my home made light bar. Mine is a Head Ake Rack along with 4 round KC 's 1 square light in the center. I HATE my lights .. They are not quit as Bright AS I'd like & They are never on target. I pretty Sure my Grand Sons are getting me a long light bar for Christmas. I all for it.
... In one of my pictures you can see I have one light broke off .. But over all I've not broke much. I believe I had to rebuild that one mounting bolt & I've had one bulb knocked out .. But NONE OF THE glass has been broken .
.. & I've came home with lots of big limbs in my bed.
................
... SEVERAL PICTURES OF MY KC's ..

What about the appropriate sized light bar across the top of the grille, at the hood opening?
Would be out of the way of rocks, tree branches (to a point), stepping points, and no glaring on the hood (assuming a shiny hood that is) and only need to deal with custom mounting brackets or drilling the grille.
Should not cause enough blockage to create a problem for cooling, and would be above the winch where it can do more good and still look somewhat appropriate.

Hhmmm...I trying to picture what that would look like...but I don't know if I want my grill to be blocked from view....but I will keep that in mind....
