well yes ... but i was more referring how everyone in east Germany / berlin was spying on everyone, how every phone conversation as recorded and how every letter sent to anyone in DDR was opened read and copies made prior to delivery to recipient ....
We are doing now the same thing just w. more modern technology including video recording almost all roads and intersections . I75 from Miami to tampa got a camera at every single mile marker .........
