Wow Michael, know who I am?

I'm the guy who you agreed wouldperform a follow up tune (last March) on the initial tune that you'd already been paid for. I still have the quotes & agreement printed out from your forum quoting that this was agreed to and part of the original agreement.

Then you put off tuning my Bronco for months and wouldn't reply to emails, to your forum (I am a paid member) and I had to hire someone else.

I still have the list of other guys that you did this to on CorralNet too.

Kinda suprised you popped up after 10 months.

I remember all the excuses- good or not but I urge fellow Bronco owners to beware as the promises and fast talking sound good but the followup is non-existant. At least to me and the other guys who responded that they'd also been left high and dry. (I almost forgot Edit: You posted up in Nov of '23 that you had posted a tune for me on your site back in Aug. That was an outright lie- sounds good to all that want to believe you did but you didn't. It covers your backside tho so it looks like you did something.)

I had to call you from different phone numbers trying to at least see if you were going to follow up because you had a cell that would just automatically forward calls to a voice mail box from people you didn't want to talk with. I confirmed this with other guys waiting for their tune that were also left high and dry.

Did you expect us to forget???

Seems like an extreme case of Lackin' Discipline.
You got nerve Michael.
NVRSTUK has an exceptional reputation for honesty/Integrity .
You should send money back or get out of town quickly.
You give all the honest tuners a bad name.

I've been around a while, never crossed a soul on a deal or a promise.

Never exaggerated a misunderstanding on a parts or work agreement deal anywhere. Michael knows what went on. He totally went off line for months AFTER telling me I could run my brand new engine at almost 700deg F primary header temps AFTER telling him I had made a cam change. I found out I was running extremely lean and would have ruined a brand new 464cu in stroker. NOT a happy guy. Tune is a couple hundred. Replacing a ruined block, pistons and possibly heads would have been much, much more.

My story is documented on CB.

I’m guessing he’s either delusional about his antics or a complete charlatan. Either way, not much for integrity and/or character.

I can definitely vouch for Brian (NVRSTK)! I’ve known him for many years, and he was just at my house the other night helping me re-install my transmission. Decipha did complete a tune for another friend of ours, but it was a fairly straightforward setup. Seems that he starts out strong on complex tuning jobs, and then completely fizzles out.

I have been a Corralnet member for over 15 yrs. My email changed so it shows I only joined up about 8yrs or so back. I have a perfect seller/buyer rating there.

Decipha has now posted up msgs he supposedly sent me last Aug with a tune for me. He told me last fall that he did this and I accused him them of making the posts up to look like he was on it. The quotes he is using are from his website and forum. He obviously went thru the effort last fall to make it appear that he had posted this msg with the tune to appear that he had replied to me- which he had not done.

Be so easy to drop this but I'm so old skool I don't want others here to go thru what I did.

Anyway, wow... I remember sharing some phrases he used in telephone conversations a couple yrs back when I first contacted him that made me think. "Buddy", "pal", "get this done in 2 tunes", "gotcha covered" etc when he didn't know me from Adam... took him almost 10 tunes for him to dial me in a couple years ago, took his "replacment" last summer almost 20 tunes with almost 50 datalogs. Something about this engine build makes it very hard to tune.

Very one sided convo here amazing all of your friends throw me under the bus without hearing both sides.

Ive moved your thread from the private premium member section to the public forum. Anyone who wants to check it out can now and make their own decision.

You still never downloaded your latest file.

In any case for every 1 upset person theres thousands of happy people run around on my tunes.

regardless this post was for awareness that there is hope to get quarterhorses and chips. It was not a tuning pitch.

If you dont need one then no worries, if you do just LMK.

btw I have no harsh feeling towards any of you, and as always my custom tuning software, support and write ups are free.

This means you must have at 10-20,000 happy customers because I know 10 guys you f'd over from March thru summer. Glad you have tens of thousands of customers! lol

Why would I download a tune file that you didn't create until October or Nov after I'd already hired a new tuner? Covering your butt for your followers that many of them shared with me they were having the same problem. Money paid, no tune- for months and months.

I have so much evidence from many that you screwed over during that time I shouldn't even waste my time. But I'll post up a few.

Something about 20-25 yrs on this same forum, prior to that on the predecessor B'fix, and selling and buying, wheeling, camping for weeks and never screwing a soul has many believing me.

Many here were following along day by day last year on a build of mine thru the spring & summer on how I was getting engine burn down advice from you "run it" & then getting ignored by you for the promised tune.

People here actually believe me because they heard what was happening as it happened- real time last year. Unlike what you did last fall by adding a tune file months later and saying it was waiting for me for months.

I did what needed doing by responding here & letting my friends here on this forum know to not trust you- that's all I care about.

I will post up more later.

I have taken pics of all EFI forum conversations. Obviously I do not record calls for "quality control" like many businesses but in this case the dozen or so calls asking for scheduling, assistance, texts, emails & phone msgs (as all my calls from my cell were diverted & recorded but if I called from a friends phone I could get thru 2 min later) during the weeks of no contact. Phone calls discussed how I needed this done by a certain time with Michaels agreement and then no contact for weeks. Months later a tune was added on Aug 7 and by then I had already hired another tuner to get my primary header tube temps below 630-750deg F temps. You said, run it it's fine yet it was not what I could afford to do. If my engine would have seized it would be EZ for you to say there was something wrong in the build causing the exorbitant temps and I would have been out thousands of dollars, not you. Immediately after the new tuner sent a couple tunes, temps dropped from mid 700's to low 500F at idle and with a load.

Anyway, Michael made it look like he was on it with the magically appearing Aug 7th tune. I will post up ac ouple Corralnet members responeses.

I am not going to post the PM's or conversations with others due to privacy. Since many didn't want to "drag anybody out" those are PM's and will stay PM's. (edit: I tried negotiating his site but couldn't find the others from winter/spring/summer but there were enough. I

I'm done and would have been 10 posts ago if Michael hadn't dragged up the bogus Aug 7th I finally came thru post.)

Like I mentioned, just a heads up warning.

NVRSTUK and CB members.
The main concern with Decepta is that he still hasn't taken any responsibility for not performing as promised/expected.
Your only as good as your last customer.
When your customer is as solid as NVRSTUK, and you rip him off, that is a serious character flaw.
What's worse is you deny any accountability and displace blame.
All you had to do was make it right in a timely manner and not make excuses. How ridiculous of an idea is that?

Should we all contact admin to ban this clown?
I go the other way. Anyone searching will find it better if it is out there.
Hand him a shovel and see if he is digging himself a solid foundation, or his grave.

Another telling feature of this person. Try and look at the profile and see what else is going on with other posts. First time I ever saw this line
"This member limits who may view their full profile."
HUGE red flag!

I never ripped anybody off. I posted his tune for him before he left and he never downloaded it. btw this is IN ADDITION TO his actual tune. I tuned his vehicle and it was done. He asked me to do him a favor and help him out AFTER his tune was complete and did some more mods later down the line. I told him I would at "no cost". This is all readable in the thread. http://forum.efidynotuning.com/viewtopic.php?t=472

Nothing I could have done more short of driving to his house and clicking the download button on his laptop.

The file has been there you just never downloaded it. There's no trickery and there's no way I could possibly change a posting date even if I wanted to.

It sounds like none of yall want me here so I'll take my leave.

Almost correct Michael.

The update tune was for installing a new cam which you agreed upon in Feb at no charge. I made this very clear in a post ealrier. You followed thru but later in the year AFTER ignoring all means of communication that we had previously used to keep each other abreast of where we were- example, when my engine was assembled with the new cam which was June believe).

Like we both said, after I got it running, you returned a couple msgs & we completely disagreed on running the engine at temps from 600-760deg.

You COMPLETELY dropped off the map w/o any notice and since you knew my schedule, and I knew from multiple members off Corral and other PM's that you were NOT following thru on tunes for many many months and all my calls and attempts to contact were ignored so I had to hire another tuner even tho this work was covered by my initial $3‐400 payment (have to look it up).

Seems pretty clear.

Key point: When someone leaves out a portion of the truth that would change the end truth, is a liar.
Michael, your a liar, period.
There is a "famous" Datsun tuner in the Bay Area, you two must be related somehow.
