Quick? What diameter, pitch and length are the screws. That attach the large bulbous ends of the driver/passenger door weather seals.

I didn't use screws, I used black 3M Super Weatherstrip adhesive. No issues for over a year now.

+1 on adhesive.

Stock isn't screws either, it is plastic clips.

The problem with any of them is that the weatherstrip you get these days is not like the stock thin stuff and is too thick and if you wanna be able to close your doors properly, you can't use them.

In fact, prob can't even use the weatherstrip you get. I used the ends of the WH weatherstrip and spliced in thinner weatherstip from Amazon. Doors close great now.

That's a good tip. I was thinking about doing this myself. My doors fit perfectly with no weather strip, but look terrible the WH version installed.

There are a few threads on this if you search, but I used the WH ends, cut parts of a sipping straw to connect and adhesive to connect the Amazon weatherstrip.

I did have to cut the part with clips and maybe there is one you couldn’t have to do that, but I liked the clips where I could use them.

This is the one I used and I think recomended by someone in another thread where this was also discussed:
