I’ve got duffs 3.5 coils on the front of my 66. My rear leafs are still original from my old 77 with k bar s add a leaf in them. I’m needing some new rear springs, bronco rides rough and my wife has back issues from degenerative disk disease. Right now the duffs rear leafs are too much money so I’m looking at other options. I don’t do any crawling here in south Alabama so articulation doesn’t matter to me. I’m looking at the other venders broncograveyard, wildhorses and toms.
I’d also like opinions on the broncograveyard and toms cheaper end springs because I’m seriously considering going to a 4link and coil over setup in the not too distant future. So if the cheaper springs are a good quality spring id just as soon use them so i dont spend 7-900 bucks on a set of springs for like a year or two of use before going to coil overs. Any help is greatly appreciated.

i have Tom's 3.5 leafs with bilsteins. with a stock bumper and stock gas tank it rode really harsh. i sometimes joked we needed mouth guards. since putting in a larger aftermarket gas tank and fabbing my own bumper that weighs a bit, the ride has become more compliant.
i'd say if you have some weight in the rear you'll be fine, but this is subjective. my wife still thinks the bronco rides harsh.

Thanks for the feedback on the toms springs. For the money it’s looking like wildhorses are the best option to go with. They include poly bushings and u bolts with their 3.5 leafs. However theirs are only 8 leaf packs and broncograveyard springs are 11 leafs. So I’m not sure how much better they will ride over what I have now. . Anyone have some good experience with the wildhorses springs or the suoererflex from graveyard?? Graveyard also has the foreign made 3.5” spring for like $300. It’s also a 11 leaf pack. Anyone used this spring?

Throw this tangent out...
How does the Duff street 4-link ride compared to various leafs? (or is that leaves?)

Yep you right, Leaves is correct. Im not sure about that but I’d be interested to know myself Also how well the duffs coil spring 4 link rides and performs vs a coil over 4 link

What type of shocks are you running in the rear? I'm by no means a suspension expert, but I have changed out plenty of stock shocks, and what I call "house" shocks for higher end shocks.
A new set of Deavers and some bilsteins can make a huge difference.

Yeah I forgot to mention that. I’m running single bilsteins all around. I’m also running full hard top and going to install a 35”spare tire.

Don't know if they still do but jeff's and some of the others offered superlift or some version of the 5 packs for a bargain spring and also had the better 9-11 packs for more $$.
From what I’m seeing? Graveyard offers a super flex leaf pack that’s 11 leaves and made by deaver. They also offer a low end cheap leaf pack that’s still 11 leaves but is made over seas. I was leaning heavily toward wildhorses leaves as they come with poly bushings and new u bolts they are only 8 leaf pack though. So I don’t know if they will offer what I’m after. So now I’m kinda looking at the two different leaf packs bronco graveyard offers. I’m hoping someone has used their cheap leaf springs and can offer some insight on them and the wildhorses leaf springs also.
Here are the cheaper ones from

I've had experience with the WH leafs in the past and like them. I'm currently running the Deavers you linked above and really like their ride, although I'm not sure my configuration is enough of an apples to apples comparison to give you a good baseline. I don't have a hardtop but I have backseats, 23 gallon fuel tank, Duff bumper, 35" spare, Hi-Lift, Rotopax, etc. They give me 2.5" of lift.

I have the Jeffs superlift 5 pack leafs, they ride pretty stiff. Its been on my to do list for a while to swap them out. Even fully loaded with people, a heavy rear bumper with a 35" spare it rides like an old superduty.

I have the "cheaper" version from JBG. I was told at the time that they were Deaver's springs. I have the Bilstein's and they ride a whole lot better than the stock ones did. They are the 11 pack.

@toddz69 Thanks for the information. If I’m understanding what your saying, you gained 2.5” Of lift with 3.5” springs with all the weight in the back of your bronco?

@bronkenn. Cool! I was hoping someone has some experience with the cheaper springs from graveyard. How well do you like them? Did they give the amount of lift as advertised?

The deavers from bronco graveyard are the same as duffs but hundreds less
Does Wild Horses use Deaver leaf springs?
I have the Wild Horses 2.5" lift leaf springs, and they ride fine. I definitely need to upgrade my shocks.

Not a Bronco, but I do have 8 pack Deaver leaf springs on my 2004 Tacoma. They have been on it since 2008, and have about 115k miles on them.
No sagging, and still ride smooth with Bilstein shocks.
Good travel as well. No body lift.
