I cant seem to nip this in the butt. Started out as a drip from that spot on the trans/adapter hole. Tried tightening the bolt, but it gets to a point and then gets easy again, almost like its stripped but def doesnt get tight like id imagine. Just seems like a large volume of liquid from that spot.

Now i have a stream. Do i need to tap and really tighten that bolt or do i have other problems.

That bolt hole should be dry. I think you have something else happening there, like a crack in the case.

Thanks guys, is it possible to patch in place? Maybe some JB weld? Im going to upgrade here in the future so if i can bandaid it for now to get me to the fall that would be awesome.

I'm fairly certain that middle hole is supposed to be blind. The bolts you have in there might be too long and broke through? The paper gasket should be sealing the fluid in, not the bolt

Thanks, yeah I think you're right actually. It's a random bolt so I must have cracked something. im going to see if some JB weld will plug it up enough, If not, I guess 4R70W will be coming sooner than I thought! Hate it when you HAVE to upgrade stuff
