More updates. Worked on fitting the dash up in place, I made a couple of aluminum brackets for the lower corners. Then back to the door insets...since the floor is weird, and the insert just sits atop a thin ridge instead of the floor with nothing to really fasten to, I made a couple of aluminum blocks to take up the space and bolted right through the floor with stainless carriage bolts for strength and rigidity.

Sanded and cleaned the floors and interior of the tub in preparation for the Raptor Liner. Seam sealer was applied and masked it all off. The cardboard sides help keep the raptor from shooting all over my curtain. Ya know.... I could just cover the whole thing in yellow tape, and the cardboard could be fashioned into a fancy new top

Sprayed the Raptor and pulled the tape off, starting to look like it's getting somewhere now...

Cool, I didn't realize the older kentrols had working tailgates. I thought that all started with bronco design.
