Good luck...I had wanted some for my 5.0 swap but gave up and used replacement stock manifolds.

Sanderson are the only ones that fit the EB correctly from what I found. Also there is apparently negligible HP gain with shorty over stock manifolds based on my research. I spent the money elsewhere.

What about the bc headers? Like skrit said no real gain between shorties and stock manifolds. Don't the p headers allow for long tube headers to fit.

I'm running Sanderson gt40p headers specific to the Bronco on my 351w. Bronco Hut used to sell them. I got mine from them.

Maybe give Sanderson a call as Bronco Hut is no longer.

Sanderson has them available on their website.

Do you have them already? Fitted to the engine yet?

Sanderson suggests not using any gaskets. They describe applying high temp RTV around every port. Please let us know how this works.

Some people have used that method successfully. Even the factory didn’t usually use gaskets on the cast-iron exhaust manifold.
But at least two people here reported that it didn’t work.
They had to resort to either copper or some other type of gasket.
I suppose we don’t know for certain that the machined surfaces of the cylinder head perfectly matched that of the headers, but that would certainly be something to check before you install them.

thanks everyone i got a set of sanddersons
Let's see what they look like installed with detail on the spark plugs so I can kick myself for just using the factory manifolds. Use an aluminum gasket - not just RTV. Another person tried that and ended up with exhaust leaks - look up "explorer poor throttle response" post.
