    Garage door

Your question about creative solutions is tough to answer since you don't actually have a place with parameters that need to be met. Yeah I know, not helpful at all. Regional differences will change what you may be dealing with. Areas with older homes had carriage houses if anything that were...

    Terrible day in the office!

Randy, Moab can be as easy as or as hard as you want to make it. Many options to match a driver and vehicle. It's not all straight up and down trails. Been with some stock vehicles that do amazing with novice drivers that start out nervous and quickly find the have this. Never let anyone...

When you did the cylinder leakage test did you check to see where the air was leaking?? If so what are the results?

    Children in the Bronco

I agree with everything said. Air bags have killed more than a few kids. Nanny/helicopter parenting is not a good thing. You have bigger problems and the sooner you address them the better. You have a say and should be able to build memories while doing fun things with your kids. Load them...

    Thermostat housing leaks—cause?

That shroud probably works fine for most applications but you may need more fan in the shroud. What was your coolant level when the temperature went to 220? Do you have a temp gun so you can verify the gauge reading. Have you done any other work recently? Sealing the edges to force as...

    Thermostat housing leaks—cause?

You need a clean FLAT surface for a proper seal. Most get it clean but few verify if it is flat. Do you have a fan shroud, if so how much or the fan is inside? Do you have any obstructions in front of the radiator, if so what? How well sealed is the area around the radiator allowing air...

    4R70w Drain Plug

Make sure the copper type washer you use is fairly soft. If not a quick annealing will help it seal.

Remember, companies sell rebuilt water pumps, so pressing them on and off is a thing. The shaft goes all the way through and will need proper support. The water pump for my skid steer, rebuilding it myself is the only way I will get one. That one has a lock bolt if I recall.

With that off have you looked into getting new seals and rebuilding it yourself??

    Dodge rims back spacing

A boring bar on a Mill can get a proper center hole as well. While tedious setting up, a rotary table on a Mill is another option. This is all depended on using hub concentric verses lug nut concentric. Lug nut concentric offers a easier solution.

    My Buddy's Highline Classics Build

We have a fairly large community of old restored vehicles. I give everyone a thumbs up. Just because it may not be a model or color I would choose, doesn't mean I don't like or respect what they have done. Life would be very boring if we had to have everything the same. Nice looking bronco.

    Transfer case - Noob Question

No you can't drain it and be good. It's turning anytime you are moving and the bearings need oil. It engages the front drive line to give you 4wd. It is selectable for 4 low and neutral as well.
