I have a twin-sticked Dana 20 that keeps popping into Neutral. I've been running the tcase for a while and it has always done it. Last week i replaced all the helical gears (from a different failure) and it still pops out of gear. What causes it? Bad shift rod pills/springs?

FYI- I've had this installed, but I had to weld the bull gear housing to the clocking ring to keep the bullgear from sliding forward the width of the clocking ring.... I'll post a picture tonight. On a seperate problem, I can't keep my tcase from popping into Neutral.... any advice?

I had to get mine rediculously tight to stop leaking.... Tight wasn't cutting it, rediculously tight did the trick though. Did you use any sealant on the threads?

x2 As long as you're only drilling out to the next tap size, it would be very hard to actually drill a hole that isn't inline with the existing hole. Even as far as drilling too deep, you'll feel how easily the bit will drill through the already threaded region, and then will feel like you hit...

nope, I got it figured out I think, just needed the adapter that screws into the pan, and then the tube screws into the adapter (like pictured above)
