Quite a few inaccuracies stated in such a short article… Oh and if the “mantra was not to cut anything off or add any new features” why did they cut holes in the rockers for the rocker exit exhaust that weren’t there? Oh, just to look more like the real 69 Baja winning truck that this isn’t...

I wouldn’t worry about it, but make sure to clean the lug nut surfaces to bare metal prior to mounting them...

Red Racer is rad, I love that thing. I have spent hours looking at different Stroppe modified things, bolts, welds, handmade parts, etc. and I would do it again tomorrow if I had the chance… such a cool rig. It really is sad that it doesn’t get the credit that it deserves, but it isn’t really...

I agree as well, I just don’t think they are correct for a 66. But this day and age who cares I guess!?! Any vintage NOS Warn hubs are awesome.
