Nope 5 minute job, Get the Spindle puller, and off in seconds, Shim goes behind spindle, bolt spindle back on and assemble the rest...

Thats why I'm making Camber shims... Took my extreme 1.2 degree camber to the desired 0.6 degrees.

Working on a new Version, round 1 was successful but way to costly.. round 2 coming up...

I'm confused ...the holes for the tie rods in the knuckles are tapered, correct? how does the top of the knuckle opening accept taper of the tie rod ?

What is "tire rod over?" putting the Right knuckle on the Left and Left on the Right?

Paull, wouldn't be the other way around? if you have bad alignment numbers it was never aligned correctly before weld-up at the factory correctly, (caster more that camber issues) but ever notice when changing out pads, they were worn top of one and the bottom of the other? that's factory...

Hi Bax how many are needing for Disk or Drum) Degree of shim? First one is on the house (trade for the drum shims you sent me)

So my new alignment numbers are in...Old was 0.6 degrees left and1.2 degrees right, New numbers 0.6 degrees left and 0.7 degrees right Beautiful! Now that I know it fits and did the correction. I am making them available to YOU!

Glick, that's me.......I am using an '80's F-150 Digital clock. has Clock, Date, and Trip. Display is off with ignition off, On when truck is on, Fits in the ashtray hole with NO modification, (can re-install ashtray)

just take the F-150's complete knuckle and install on the Bronco, that's what I did.... but you'll need the Tie-rod reducing "shims" to run your original tie rods

Now that I know it fits, Sure, but would need to know your alignment numbers... and if original drum or disk, or disk swap.....

Installed it today, Originally Left Front Camber was 0.7 degrees, Right Front was 1.2 degrees......Now Left Front is 0.7 and new Right Front is now 0.6 only 0.1 difference between them!

My new Duff frame-mounted carrier is great AND quiet!
