Yes the '79 Bronco donor has five holes but, on the right side the two with the 3.5" spacing are orientated towards 11 o'clock. On the left they are orientated towards 1 o' clock. In other words the larger spacing is always pointing at the firewall...

Just because you have 12v up to the motor, doesn't mean you have "good flow" back to ground/battery. Try going directly from motor ground "terminal" and string a fat new wire directly to neg on battery post. If it comes to life, GROUNDS, GROUNDS, GROUNDS.... bad grounds are why most headlights...

Very tough to do, Do you know how Ford made these? the top-exterior panel (the cap bolts to) is actually the lower-interior wall. and the lower exterior panel is just a "Skin" where they are spot weld together, it is in the interior-wheel well high up where you can't get in. Even with new panels...

And on the six bolt '79 spindle, the bolt holes are not even, the top two are 3.5 inches apart, all others are 3 inches. the slots allow either right or left placement.....

The whole seam is already compromised, your seeing maybe 20% of it, Fix that and ya didn't get the stuff to the left and right of it. The seam gets moisture from the inside IN the wheel well.... you want 40 years (instead of 4 years)? whole seal/panel replacement with proper sealing from both...

I installed 1986 F-150 door "A pillar" switches and the interior cab light with map lights, Super simple. now when either door is opened, cab light goes on, close door, light goes off. Also wired a '86 chimer buzzer. if markers or headlights are on (with engine off) it buzzes if open a door.

Dump the whole Electronically controlled Carbs thing, they are not EFI.. Go with Edelbrock PRO-FLO4 thats what I did a year ago...

Made a 1.25 degrees Camber shim for my disk brake conversion, RH camber was 1.25 this will get it to .25 Some reason cant post photos..

time to knock the knuckles back, you will get optimum caster AND straighten the front drive shaft!
