    Twin Stick settings

Drivers side stick controls the front axle. Passenger side stick controls the rear axle. Rearward is high range, middle position is neutral, front position is low range For regular 2wd, high range, the passenger side stick should be pulled all the way back, and the drivers side stick should be...

    Fixing the Emergency Brake

The cable comes through the floor, and the outer sheath attaches to the floor through one of these. Looks like yours may have rusted / fatigued and let go. https://tomsoffroad.com/parts/66-77-ford-bronco-parking-brake-cable-floor-mount The inner cable then attaches to a little clevis on the...

    Death Wobble

Do you still have the printout from the alignment shop? You mentioned a steering stabilizer. That won't fix d.w.

Gen 3 Coyote, f150 might make sense vs mustang

These guys can help with the power pack for the gen 3 f150 engine / 10r80 combo. https://pbhperformance.com/product/gen-3-10r80-f150-coyote-control-pack/

    T-rex arms input

My non-scientific, cheapo angle finder definitely showed caster gain when I installed my t-rex arms. At least 4 degrees in my case. Overall, I love them. They improved my ride quality (due to the rear bushings no longer being already tweaked when sitting at ride height), they improved my...

    Firewall reinforcing plate

I've received a number of PM's asking for more pics and details of my setup. Here are some pics showing the parts that were plasma cut, and some pics showing the installation. The firewall plate is 3/16", and the peddle parts are 3/8" thick material. The hydrobooster is from a 2005-2010...

    Firewall reinforcing plate

lc66roadster, yeah that's a good description. It does move the booster over more inline with the clutch pedal. You probably could make your oe clutch pedal activate the relocated booster.

    Frame Paint

Consider the inside of the frame too. I used a frame coating by Eastwood that has a long (24-30" or so) hose with a spray nozzle on the tip. I used that to coat my frame on the inside.

    Firewall reinforcing plate

Here are some pics of the peddle in process. I ended up bending a jog in the peddle to space it farther away from my gas peddle.

    Firewall reinforcing plate

Hi Paul. This is the first time I've posted pics of it. My brake peddle solution involves making a bellcrank type dealio that fits in the stock peddle box, but occupies the portion that would allow the clutch peddle to ride in it. There's probably a work around for that though. Let me see...

    Firewall reinforcing plate

I CNC plasma cut a plate to relocate my booster towards the drivers side. It bolts to the existing holes, but I did have to drill a large hole in the firewall to accommodate my hydroboost unit (superduty). The factory firewall plate is still there. I did not trim the edges. If this is the...

    Best Front and Rear Springs

I've ran W.H. 3-1/2" on two broncos now. I personally think they are great springs.

Coyote vs stock, updated chassis is it really all that?

Haters gonna hate I guess. ;-) I have a gen 2 coyote in my 69, and can assure you that the soul is just as alive with that rig as any of my 302 Broncos. Yeah, it's fast and a riot to drive. I regularly do 70-80 in it. Maybe it is a "sports truck" (TM Rustytruck 2021). As mentioned before...

    Steering wobble

Things like steering stabilizers or sway bars are not remedies for D.W. What degree c-bushings did you install with your lift? Poor alignment numbers are usually the root cause of D.W., it just usually doesn't appear when all components are tight. Have someone turn the steering wheel back...

    Sportsman Edition Badges

Hey guys. I have one set left of 68 Sportsman Special badges. One of these has some minor paint imperfections (see photo below), so I'll sell them at a discount. This may be the last set I will have for sale. I'm out of the supplies, and it seems like most folks who wanted a set, have...

    Electric Fan Install

I ended up making my own shroud to allow the use of the lincoln mk VIII fan. I based the shroud off my BCB Black Fantom as I knew that would fit with my Coyote conversion. The MK VIII fan is the largest, highest CFM fan that I could manage to jam in my Bronco. Side note... BCB Black Fantom...
