Mine is a somewhat similar setup.
0 offset on 17x9 Methods. I run 76 F150 knuckles, T-Rex arms, 3-1/2" suspension, 2" body, 35's, and some trimming under the front fenders.
No rubbing, ever. (but I don't wheel mine either).
Mine fit fine, but be aware that the front panel is formed via a series of bends in a brake. It's not a true radius like the lower portion of the grill. I had to prep / bodywork mine (fill, sand, prime, sand, etc) in order to make it have a smooth radius.

I don't know why the wilwood kit wouldn't be a viable option.
Another option might be to use a set of Tesla (brembo) calipers. They are available on e-bay for ~$150 ish a pair. It looks like these guys have figured out a controller...
