    Explorer serpentine conversion

Briefly talked about it in the video. I kept the one from the junkyard that I got, but I’ll eventually run the Powermaster most likely unless there is a better option.

Can you post some pictures of how your suspension is set up now? Do you have factory shock and coil mounts?

    Help Sizing Bilsteins

If you’re looking at replacing the springs, I would get the matching set from duffs.. not buy shocks now and springs later.

    Reverse copper brass radiator

Wow! Thanks Jim! My Bronco is quite a ways off from running so I have time to wait. I would rather support you guys if you choose to offer this product. For me, it just adds another piece to the system. I’d rather have the inlets and outlets reversed for simplicity.

In this tech article they cover using the factory explorer 302 power steering pump and adapting it to our Broncos. This might be the information you’re looking for. https://classicbroncos.com/tech/explorer-5-0-serpentine-accessory-drive-belt-conversion

    Explorer serpentine conversion

Thanks Todd! I assume you’re talking about the passenger and driver side brackets? Luckily you can buy the driver side Saginaw bracket from either Wild Horses or BC. As for the passenger bracket you can also get an aftermarket one from BC as well. But yes the factory stuff is definitely drying...

    Explorer serpentine conversion

I made a video explaining the explorer serpentine conversion with part numbers in the description as well. I’ve had a few people asking me about it since I did it. Sorry for any rambling or if I missed things! I’m not a pro YouTuber haha! Hopefully it will help some people out when they decide...

I am looking to see if anyone has had the inlet/outlets reversed on the radiator to better suit the explorer front dress.

    Reverse copper brass radiator

I want to stick with a copper brass radiator, I am running the explorer serp conversion as well. I was wondering if anyone has had the inlet/outlets reversed on the radiator? It would be nice to not have to use the bottom cross conversion pipe...

    Pulley bolts

Thank you for the response James. No particular reason other than I didn’t really have the factory bolts for this stuff and I was at the hardware store.

Glad to see you’re fine @Madgyver

    Any updates @Madgyver ?

    Pulley bolts

On my idler pulley should I have the factory bolt with the big washer on it? And on my power steering pump pulley that is pressed on, is it okay to have a bolt in the end for a cleaner uniform look?

    Rebuild or Replace PS Gearbox?

I bought a new Borgeson my self. 1. Because it’s a brand new box and 2. Because the price was great at a little over $500 when I bought it. Disclaimer though I haven’t driven my bronco yet with it. And since I have bought it Toms and PSC teamed up to build a box for our Broncos and if I was...
