    Bronoc Driver #32

I am pretty sure the next one is #33. Let me know when it hits, I think we are in it.

    Sheet Metal

Thatis pretty much all I use any more. It goes under different tradenames such as paint loc, paintlock, or readycoat. It looks kind of gray and is great to paint.

    Sheet Metal

Most heating & AC shops have a variety of sheetmetal, and will cut and bend it

    Stretching the wheelbase

This is what I did. The shortened tank was recessed into the bed so that the bottom of the tank was flush with the frame rails. You will also need to deal with the wheel wells.

    Stretching the wheelbase

You can move the rear springs back about 7" before you run out of frame. Even if you link it you will only gain another couple of inches before you have to cut out serious amounts of rear body.

    Bulkhead dimensions

Looks great.. I don't know what Ford was thinking when they came up with the sloping bulkhead idea.

    Bulkhead dimensions

The body shop sealed the bottom, I think they used automotive seam sealer.

    Clocking an Atlas

My Atlas is almost flat. The front CV seems to wear out a little faster than before , but not so much as to not run it in this configuration. The rear hs been OK. How much lift are you using? Most of the time I was about 3.5.

How Ford should have made em...Cut/Uncut

The Comp. is on the drivers side, I am not sure if it is the new bracket. It is hard to get a pic of the bracket, do these help any? Jeff

How Ford should have made em...Cut/Uncut

It is a Vintage unit that is made for BC Broncos. Installation went well. Heater will blow you out, but I haven't charged the AC yet to see how it works. It is still winter in non Paradise places.

How Ford should have made em...Cut/Uncut

I looked and looked until some kind soul pointed me to Toms. They sell the whole kit, but will sell just the loop. It is stainless and polishes up nicely

How Ford should have made em...Cut/Uncut

The inside is not done yet, still needs a headliner and fabric on the door panels, kick panels, etc. Here is what we have so far.

    Eb Tube Fenders

I had those concerns when I did the tube thing, but so far everything has stayed remarkably together. In fact I didn't do the final paint until it was abused several times......not a crack

Does anyone run a smaller spare?

I've got to where I don't carry a spare for loop type trails that are not to long. I usually run with 3 or 4 other guys. If bolt patterns are the same only one of us carrys a spare.
