    Grab Handles

I am finishing up the roll cage and debating if I put grab handles on the A pillars. I bent up some steel ones that I can weld on or is it better to get the soft ones? Seems like it might be one more thing to bang your head on.

    Misc Parts, Cleaning out Garage

I ran the headers with a 351W and 1" body lift. I had to have the BL to clear the carb. It was also with a 3sp and everything cleared fine. I actually turned the flange on the drivers side so it would fit better. I rotated it about 20 degrees. The 205 I bought for my 4R70W conversion. It...

    Hard Top Garage Hoist

I just use four motorcyle straps and 4-3/8" eye bolts to the ceiling joists. Just lift each corner at a time and work your way around and get it all the way up. I do mine this way and it takes me less than an hour to take the top of and store it. I use chains once I have it in place to secure it.

    4R70W and stock column shift

The reason I asked, it that with my NP205, the linkage will hit the drive shaft. I have seen what you are talking about before, but I wasn't able to do that because of the front drive shaft. I ended up actually cutting and rotating the column tube and shift tube of a tilt column so the shift...

    Soft top windows

They talk about folding, but I don't think that is a good idea. Do you roll yours up?

    Soft top windows

I installed it on Wed. I got the rail to the pretty close to the tail gate. It is a hard to get the back window in the groove but it stays there.

    Soft top windows

I just got a Rampage top. Instructions say store windows the bags included. No bags are included and didn't think they were suppose to be, but if someone else got the bags, let me know and I will call JBG. Anyway, how is everyone storing them? I would like to have them with me just in case...

    Side grinder.

I have a dewalt and love it. It is the more expensive one. My theory on tools is buy a good tool and buy it once. Everytime I go cheap on a tool I regret it. I always try to buy american if possible. Dewalt stuff is all made in Mexico now.

    Hydroboost leaking PS Fluid

Looks like I need the 501 kit. I can get it at pirate jack for $65, does that seem reasonable or should I try to get a local parts store to order it from MBM? I also found these instructions. http://www.piratejack.net/Hydro-Boost-Repair-Kit-Instructions/View-category.html

    Misc Parts, Cleaning out Garage

I have some stuff I need to get out of the garage. Centerforce II clutch, It is 6 years old and has probably 10-15K on it. It is in shape, mostly street driving with minimal trail use. This is the same clutch: http://www.wildhorses4x4.com/product/Basic_CenterforceII_Clutch_Kit/Clutch $125 +...

Hydroboost rotated with adapter plate ??

I seen the pics, but this is just too easy. I have the hydroboost already mounted, it took about 20 minutes and I don't have an additional 2" hole in my fire wall. I have the 3/8" plate and access to a drill press so it seems much simpler than moving it over. I think I will just cut down the...

Hydroboost rotated with adapter plate ??

I will be using 3/8" steel plate so I think the strength will be ok.

Hydroboost rotated with adapter plate ??

I have a 351 and efi and so it would be difficult to hook up the high pressure to the box and the return line up. This way it is going to be a good setup for the lines. Can I just make it out of cold roll or is it somthing special?
