Here is a pic of a decal on a low mileage '75. Definitely GASOLINE not FUEL, and looks like solid black letters with no border. It would make sense that they had both black and white decals to contrast with the color of the body.

Sic plate frame! An older friend of mine bought his first new car from them. I think a rectangular light would look better in that square pushbar anyway...

As fordfan said, this is not a reproduction of your style of mat. The reproduction is of the 'standard' mat, and yours is just like the parchment Sport mat a lot of people need but a different color... There is some decent info here: http://classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=235529

Hmm, Ford never made a rear mat to match the standard black front mat. What are you trying to match?

Keep watching eBay, they pop up every few months. You could use manifold vacuum for now, but not as a permanent fix...

The tire carrier piece and notched plate came out in 1968 and were used on all of the factory installed ones as far as I know. Does yours have any signs of it coming with the inside spare and either the dealer or previous owner converting it over to an outside carrier short a few parts?
