Yes, my wife owned a 75 Granada when we got married and it had a matching right hand mirror and it was the same cable-remote as the driver's side. Again, not sure if it's an exact match to yours but it's much closer than what you received.
I don't think anyone makes an exact matching mirror for the remote. I've heard a 75-ish Granada remote right hand mirror is close. But good luck finding one.
About 6 weeks so far and I'm still probably 1 week from going live. But I delayed them about 2 weeks getting photos. I hired a friend who is a photographer for $200 to take some professional pics. I provided a few of my own and I took all the videos (5). I submitted over 200 pics and they cut...
I double, no triple, checked the VINs on my 72 that I'm submitting to BaT. Everything matches! Title, current registration, frame, glovebox warranty tag, door post sticker and Marti Report!
Sounds like an adventure and a good future CB thread!!
Timmy390 has covered most of the bases here. I think I would drain the gas tank and flush the lines too. New fuel filter. Also consider getting a new replacement carb (or a rebuilt used carb) and swapping it out - easier than trying to...
I reviewed the BaT listing and it states the auctioned Bronco has a custom built mandrel bent tubing frame. So it does NOT have the correct frame with the VIN shown.
Do you have a title with the VIN you show? Does your VIN (warranty) tag and title match the VIN on your frame? Sounds like the VIN warranty tag and the title and the frame have been separated in the past.
A very nice Coyote powered 78 Gen 2 went for $77,500 today. That's pretty strong for a Gen 2 even with a Coyote.
I'm in the process of putting my 72 on BaT. Should happen in a week or two. Agree that I've probably missed the peak. Just looking to get a fair price out of it.
I've been working lately on my patina build getting it ready to sell and I've neglected my trail rig all winter. In fact it still had dirt/mud on it since my overlanding trip in September! So I gave it some love today. Hand washed it and basically cleaned up the interior and exterior. I...
I would try loosening all the bolts on the door post and along the top of the inner fender and see if you get any movement. It would be worth a try as compared to shortening the rocker.
I see your Bronco specs and I think you're on the cusp for whether rear disks are worth the cost. I would say no for a mostly around town Bronco with tires less than 35's with hydroboost. Definitely worth the cost for a Bronco with bigger than 35's and one that maybe sees more trail time. So...
I think they are 2 different types of products so it's what you're looking for. I put a Humphugger in my half cab because I just wanted a non-secure storage console with cup holders that had a comfortable arm rest sniff which looked nicely upholstered to match new seat upholstery. To me, the...
Last week I got the new exhaust installed. I'm VERY happy with how it turned out. I had them install a super single set up with a reversed Magnaflow 2-in, single out. 2 inch off the stock manifolds expanded to 2 1/2" into the muffler and 3" out reduced to 2 1/2 for the tail pipe. He tucked...
