Thanks Steve, this is exactly what I’m looking for, but size 14 is the same size I have problems with… need 5/16 or size 16/18… do sizes even go that big or just switch to inches?

That won’t work as it’s the screw that attaches the bracket to the frame, so no way to get a nut on it because it goes into the frame.

FYI I need a 5/16 x 1 1/2” self tapping screw with a flanged hex head or something comparable.

Do you by chance have all your measurements left? I’m converting my core support from the I6 to stock V8 brackets and larger radiator. Toms sent a basic spec for where to install, but would love to see where stock V8 holes are all at in later style core support.

Would you cut the radiator hole larger as well?

So I need to cut those tabs off, right? As V8 stick radiator brackets attach to face of core support. And it did have a 6 cylinder in it originally.

Agreed here, overall doesn’t look bad! I’d drive it and watch the tires. I’m assuming it drives straight & smooth down the road now? And I installed Duff’s dual sport Heim steer and love it… my ball joints were shot and nothing was adjustable. Just measure your lengths and follow instructions...

Yes! The rubber line goes from gas tank, run the line up the frame, somewhere between tank and canister install the rollover valve. It should ideally be above the gas tank a bit, but just depends on type of valve… some people use check valves as well I believe. @DirtDonk keep me honest here...

Mine actually runs from canister to air intake to recycle fumes, shown above, but this would work too! The capped connection on mine is for a PCV system which I don’t have.

@Bronco_007 here are photos of mine… both engine bay and rollover valve. My rollover valve should be more secured with a bracket to floor pan, but it’s been a pavement princess… need to bracket it up sometime…

Photo not handy right now but just mounted up near front hood vent hole/firewall… had to cut bracket to mount there flush. Or as other guy said, just make one… just don’t want to come loose 😀.
