I finally saw one in person yesterday

Our local dealer got one so I drove by and parked outside the locked gate to look with my son. He said he likes the old ones better, I said "Well, yeah son" then smiled with pride. I'm pretty happy with the new look, just don't care for the four door version.

Ford wanting to get rid of buying off the lot.

Makes sense in our time as brick and mortar stores are going away in favor of the Amazon model.

What does "Molded in color" actually mean?

What does "Molded in color" actually mean?

I want a white top too and a white grill. There's so much black accents though it may not look right. Interestingly, the top and grill are causing some problems. Some owners report the a whistling noise coming from the grill at higher speeds.

    The train wreck continues..... 8/3/20

Hate to hear that for you. It's going to be sweet when you do finally get it.

2nd gen bronco that Ford never made

Looks influenced by the Asian imports of the time that were increasingly popular with Americans over domestic brands. 78-79 Shorthorn that we know is masculine, tough, and more rugged than any other model, so thankful that's what we got.

    Sequoia Metallic Brown???

My 76 Ranger was originally that color and my 78 Bronco was too. It's beautiful to me when it is fresh and well taken care of. I'm fond of the all 70 colors though because you just don't see them anymore.

Not yet. I was going to send them an email the last week of this month and see where we are at. On another note, my seat covers are not fitting quite right. Still going over options at the upholstery shop. It could be the seat foam too. Do you think this stuff is really made in house or do...

    Keep The Column Shift?

Column shift is one of the best parts of a Bronco. Nostalgic 8-)

She emailed me back today and said it would be a couple weeks out, they are severely short staffed. Waiting on Ranger door panels and rear quarters.

Overall Opinion of Ford's Handling of the 2021 Release/ Ordering/ ETC?

This is not the news a lot of folks who pre-ordered wanted to hear. If you have been keeping up with the auto news you knew this was coming already since there are heaps of new vehicles sitting in lots waiting for chips. Auto manufactures will perhaps make chips in house now...

    NC 1977 Indio Tan

Like slowleak said, discs were standard on 76/77, not power brakes. My 77 didn't have power brakes. Really good looking Bronco you have, it will find a home soon I'm sure.

Kim said the door panels would ship in May. Production is extremely backed up.

Has anyone fabricated a fastback hard top for an early bronco?

I was interested in the idea years ago https://classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=182580&highlight=humvee+style

I received my Blue Ranger seat covers from SMS and I am very pleased. They look and feel quality. Still waiting on my door panels and rear quarter panels. They should be ready at the end of this month. Would also like to add that I had great customer service experience with them. It took...

MI Front Seats - Worth Anything????

I had something similar that went into the dumpster. All of it is available now through the Bronco vendors. I could be wrong but I didn't think twice about trashing it.

10.25 Sterling disc brake kit with parking brakes

I bought it from Ruff Stuff for my 94 F350. It uses the El Dorado calipers and I opted for parking brake. Yet it install, it's patiently waiting in a box in the shop for its turn.

Thank you for sharing your experience Bub, I am in this same boat. I've talked with TMI but their color samples on the houndstooth looked turquoise in the photo they sent me, the pictures you shared looks blue.
