    multiple double cardan drive shaft???

Thevreason I brought it up was that we just had an 4x4 econoline conversion in our shop that had a multiple cardan driveshaft... And it didn't have a support...

    multiple double cardan drive shaft???

Is there a reason no one has ran a multiple double cardan drive shaft on the front of these early broncos? Seems it would be easier than cutting the knuckles off to correct caster enough to have a good pinion angle... maybe not? I must be missing something here....

    E-Brake????

Hartbronco...Im a little confused now. You mounted a 67 Mustang ebrake handle on the floor? How did that work? Usually they are on the bottom of the dash and pull straight out towards you. If that is indeed what you used I would like to see some pics of how you made it work. Thanks

    E-Brake????

Hartbronco.... Did you use your stock e-brake cables or did you have to use the one out of the mustang? Glad to see that Im not the only one thinking about this

    E-Brake????

Had thought while looking at browngr5's stereo install. In order to use the kick panels for speaker locations one would have to remove the e brake pedal and move the high beam switch. Relocating the switch is easy enough. As for the e-brake... what if you used the handle set up out of a Early...

    Stereo system install

Panels look great. But I also would like to see what you did about the drivers kick panel. Second, how did you attach the rear panels to hold them in place? Got me wanting to start my install now.

    Bc bronco fuel tank fittings

Anyone know what size the AN fittings are on BCs fuel tanks? I emailed them but didn't get a response, I assume they are pretty busy. Thanks

    bows in hardtop

Thanks for the input guys... At some point I will put something in between the top and bow to keep the popping to a min. Just was curious as to how much of a gap was normal. I'll try to loosen those bolts and move the support up this weekend. (after I install my new valve springs to get rid of...

    bows in hardtop

I have a question for you Bronco nuts out there. I've seen some pics of the steel bows in your hard tops and then seem to follow the roof pretty tight. I have a 66 and there is an even half inch gap between the hard top and bows from one side to the other. I could see the middle being bent if...

    23 Gal Tanks?

Looks like the majority of people with the BC tanks love it, and not one post about the tanks from the other vendors. Unless I hear some thing from some of the people with the other tanks you guys may have made my mind up for me. Thanks for the input.

    23 Gal Tanks?

What do you think of the BC 23 Gal tank? Did you like their mounting system? I would love a new tank and like the idea of the simplicity of the mounting straps... but I love that BC has AN fittings on their tanks. The other vendors just have nipples on their tanks for rubber hoses. So Im torn...

3/8" fuel line to 5/16" spring lock?!?!?!?!?

Anyone have a good way of connecting BC Broncos 3/8" fuel line to the 5/16" spring lock connector at the fuel rail? The barb fittings for the line are 3/8" barbs... spring locks 5/16".... there going to be a problem here?

    removing dash panel

Got a question for you all. The dash in my bronco is all cut up from a previous owner and I found a replacement. After unbolting the brackets under the dash, the both on either side in the door jam, and the two knobs it still wont come out. It looks as if there is screws coming in from the back...

Installing BC Pre Bent Fuel Line

I hope that my comments didn't make it seem like I didn't like the product. I'm actually very happy with the install, even though I ran the lines under the crossmember. There is only about a 2 inch section of the lower line that hangs below the frame and it seems to be protected by the radius...

Installing BC Pre Bent Fuel Line

Well, then the line I received must have been mis-bent. There is a hump in both lines at the crossmember, but it dips down on both lines, not up. The only way they would fit is to go under. And this is with the body off, so Im not struggling like those with the body on. I have a clear view of...

Installing BC Pre Bent Fuel Line

So, did they change the design of the lines? There is no way the lines I received would go "over" the trans crossmember. In fact, just before getting to the crossmember mine drop about 2 inches. They are nice and tight under it, but there is no way mine would fit on top of it.
