THe GP will be a huge help in getting to work. Turn an hour drive into a 20 minute drive....it can't be finished fast enough for me. zbronco and fairlane....thanks for the offers to help, truly appreciated! I'm not sure where I'll land as far as which EFI or even which motor at this point...

    Houston mechanic/shop

I live in Cypress (290 & Fry area) and work in the Woodlands, so anywhere in between would be good. I traded emails with someone on this board back in 2008 about doing some work, but a divorce meant that I had to take the Bronco underground ;D and I see that person is now banned (and maybe out...

    Houston mechanic/shop

Does anyone know of a good mechanic (or possibly even a shop that specializes or even has a good understanding of Broncos) in the Houston area? I have a 1970 Bronco that my dad bought new I've been holding onto it for him (and by holding onto it, of course I mean driving it ;D), but I would like...

5" lift coils & other stuff

Okay, I've had these springs sitting around for several years and for one reason or another (several actually), they have never made it out of the box that I keep them in....so if anyone is interested in them, I'm going to sell the whole box for $100. In the box: * a pair of coil springs - 5"...

    Good shop in Houston?

So BAX officially has more in stock than the "manufacturer"? That's odd %)

    Good shop in Houston?

I'm in Cyrpess near Blackhorse. I moved from Nevada and didn't have windshield wipers on the Bronco (hey, with 6 inches per year and not a daily driver, I didn't need them).....I realized pretty quickly that I may need to rethink that setup.

    Good shop in Houston?

I just moved to Houston and I was wondering if anyone here also lives in Houston and can recommend a good shop to do some work on my '70 Bronco. It's time for a new motor and I don't have the time or desire to do another one. Any help you can give would be great. By the way....I haven't seen...

Almost Lost the bronco Last Night

some hope..... Here's a story to give you hope.... About 5 years ago, my brother had his 65 Mustang stolen from in front of his house in LA. A few days later, he left work and just started driving....he was about 40 miles from his house and he found it in a junkyard (wheels and speakers were...

rear seats - let's see 'em

hmmm.... This is a strange request, but okay.... ;D I'm actually curious about the fold and tumble seats from Tom's....what is exposed when they are folded and tumbeld up? I see the Montero/Tracker setup. And do the seatbelts attach to the seat and fold out of the way or stay attached to...

    Show Me Your Orange Broncos

Here's one... It was painted in the early 90's and if I remember correctly, the color was "racing ford orange", though I can't be 100% sure.

I'm in! Then hook it up to one of these babyies and you'll forget all about the snow!

    Map of bronco owners

Frapper..... The map only asks for your zip code, so the flag you see is only at the geographical center of that zip code rather than the exact address. Unless you have a Broco AND happen to live at the geographical center of your zip code...then you just have bad luck and would probably have...

one piece insert with wild child hinge?

inserts... I would love to see some inserts that you can just pop onto the hinges and close, like the regular doors. I did see one orange Bronco at the SEMA show (via Bronco Driver), that had full doors modified to look almost like an insert, but it still opened and closed. It was pretty slick.

    18 or 20" Rims

Like clockwork..... "I am thinking you posted on the wrong board. I highly doubt anyone would post a pic of there own bronco here with 20in rims" "Make sure and get the spinners too- they help your lateral stability during water crossings." Every time this question comes up, the heckling...

    K bar S

Whatever happened to K bar S out of Las Vegas. I seem to remember them being one of the first Bronco sources back in the day, but I never did hear what happened to them. Just curious.

    south lake tahoe EB's?

Gas & Groceries....kind of the same thing ; ) The gas prices here are because of taxes. Kind of stinks, but it beats having a state income tax. The real killer about moving here would be housing. Real estate has been sky rocketing with the booming population over the last....oh, 30 years. If...
