If it was mine, I’d try bypassing the aftermarket combination valve first.
They can absolutely fail and cause one circuit to not do much work. I’ve seen it happened to brand new ones, but never one that was in use and working fine just before.

Maybe a simple test would be to “pull the pin” on the front metering valve and lock it open somehow. See if anything changes.
Or just remove it? Check for debris, rust, or anything else amiss. Like being stuck.

Update on the brakes, I checked the whole system and it seemed good. So I added an adjustable bias valve in the rear brake line. This seemed to work as described, preventing rear lockup and making braking safer/more predictable.

Problem:
Bronco runs great, everyone loves it! I have 5 kids, 2 little boys (10 and 7yrs old). My wife bought me full set of Toms seats for Father’s day.
Original plan was 1/2 cab conversion, Baillie Bilt 1/2 cab cage after it’s up and running.
Thought about a 2 part cage, where a back seat and family style bikini top can be run in summer, but still run 1/2 cab and maybe remove rear seat in winter but…what a pain!

LOVE the look of my 1/2 cab. BUT want to share the EB with the family.
Reluctantly thinking about selling 1/2 cab setup and going soft top ( ? Brand) with a full BB cage.
Thoughts? Sympathy? Ha
just use ‘the 2 cage’ idea. Internal ‘1/2 cab’ cage. Top on/off the 4 feet/bars create no issues w/top.
AND
rear cage w/ (is it 6 feet?) open air or even:
removal of 1/2 cab top & use of wagon top.
I see both cages made/4 sale by our vendors...

One could even mount a full rag top this way (lots of futzin @ fab time w/top of bed rails, the 2 hrd tops tho).
Now?!? try that with the commando (1st gen or last 2, 3) ora scout. THOSE would B a bear! Lot easier w/a bronk!

I’m still searchin 'cage feet', made by the vendors, that has the 2 plates to sandwich the body, and
has asa thru bolt the bolt for the body mounts (could B surrounded by 4 ‘clamp bolts' too). Back when
I thought abt this there wuz no CAD (early ‘80s) to help design this product. Some of the vendors ask
periodically for customer ideas. I’ve added this to their lists but as it’s probably such a low demand item
they may not wish to develop. I can make a cage (2 part) but it would save alot if I could find these feet
as-made items by others - 2 five hole plates in pairs I could weld to (1 side frame, ona lill spacer; 1 side
to the cage) store bought or DIY roll bar system. Chit, the full cage guys (or any EB) could use this product
not so low demand after all~
