Dude, they are super quiet. Windows down, I can barely make out any tire noise.

Brakes and Fuel pump issues fixed!!

Used vacuum booster turned out to be bad, maybe from sitting. It was working some at 1st but then nada, just like manual brakes. Also was messing with the Edelbrock tuning b/c of the vacuum leak. Idle would raise to 11-1200 with foot on brake at red lights.

Fuel starvation issues/low pressure after driving for 15-20 min.

I thought it was fuel boiling, cavitation, or something. Ended up just being a tank full of rusty scale.

I went ahead with my in tank conversion, and used evaporust to clean the tank. Should be golden now! Also replaced the float with a plastic one.

Brake booster/1” master combo from speedway motors. Had to change the lines to the prop valve, also had to cut the threaded rod and weld nut/eye for the ford bell crank. Pretty easy install for a “custom” setup. < $200 and stops on a dime.

SSBC big brake kit on D30
- large 90’s GM calipers.

Really well, I bought the unit used and I was nervous. I think everything being “new” helped, but it has ran great since the beginning.

Only “issue” has been vacuum leak, ended up a bad brake booster.

Some pics I haven't shared here, took the bronco to Mid-America Ford Nationals...I was the only EB there. The Ford Motorsports booth gave me the backpack for free, pretty cool! They had a Raptor and a Bronco Raptor on display.

Problem:

Bronco runs great, everyone loves it! I have 5 kids, 2 little boys (10 and 7yrs old). My wife bought me full set of Toms seats for Father’s day.

Original plan was 1/2 cab conversion, Baillie Bilt 1/2 cab cage after it’s up and running.

Thought about a 2 part cage, where a back seat and family style bikini top can be run in summer, but still run 1/2 cab and maybe remove rear seat in winter but…what a pain!

LOVE the look of my 1/2 cab. BUT want to share the EB with the family.

Reluctantly thinking about selling 1/2 cab setup and going soft top ( ? Brand) with a full BB cage.

Thoughts? Sympathy? Ha

Dont sell it. Just get a full cage and a soft top. And you can add the kids to the back. Keep your half cab and bulkhead just incase you ever want to sell the bronco or when the kids get big and you want to go back to a half cab. But if money is tight you could sell all the half cab stuff to fund the full cage and soft top.

^^^^^ this is a great option, and probably the best advice. But I can't leave well enough alone LOL

Another option is seat and cage unit that bolt in and out with a few bolts quickly and easily. My back seat is a modular unit that contains the seat and seat belts, has 6 bolts, can be in and out in a couple of minutes. Wouldn't be too difficult to do something similar with a rear cage. I love having a back seat, put one in to see if we liked and used it, we use it almost every trip and often out cruising. It is put in place where I'm comfortable sitting in the seat.
