• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

That is a shadow of the guys head taking a picture of the 302 emblem.

No. I am referencing the character line that meets up with the grill. Looks like a double line or ?

Not sure if your joking or not about the head but cmon. I am from Michigan and went to a public school but I am not that bad.

Those same lines are shown on the rear section of the hardtop behind the side windows too.

Repainted- I wasn't aware that the Stroppe editions came with white hard top gaskets and seals between the body and hardtop.

That's some funny stuff right there!

I had a few seals on my Bronco that I removed, assuming that it was just overspray on them. I never considered that perhaps they were special edition Stroppe weatherstripping pieces that somehow got onto my 76!

I sold my 72 a few years back for 18.5k. It had all kinds of cool paperwork with it. Window sticker was just the beginning. I was more fascinated by the papers than I was the truck. Truck was clean and solid. Had the auto but no ps. I can't see more than 30k on the high side. Just an FYI.

Sorry but 6 year old pictures? If your truly want to get anywhere close to a fraction of your asking price, get serious and post pictures that were taken within the last month or two...

What do you consider to be a 'numbers matching' Bronco?

I think those are pinstripes you are seeing all over it - the little black lines by all the seams. Someone got crazy in the 70s.

Dale, the last Bronco in the pictures Hylander put up was my Bronco I told you about on the phone last month: had lots of papers including the dealer sales receipt with original owners sig. in addition to all the other stuff. I know yours has that too, but take a look at that thing...and tell me it's not super nice too! Original paint/interior/power steering/auto/all stroppe items, chrome pushbar and Mags from Stroppe. Original plates and dealer plate frames. Anyway...they're out there. Your Baja does look like a very cool find.

Really paper work is what you need to see???, I already proved my point that there are a number of nicer originals out there.....so now I have to copy all their paper work. How about original invoices, bill of sale, pictures on day of pick up and the Stroppe oil change door sticker.

As you mentioned you knew where the Bronco was for 20+ years, the person likely got older or died and you stepped in and bought it. Then tried to play everyone here as suckers with the bs about not discussing price by email only on the phone. All while alienating real buyers.

Not that I know all that much about anything, but it's probably worth 20k to me, just because it's rare, not 120k. Could own 8 Bronco's for that number. Why don't you just try to enjoy it and drive it. You won't find another like it.

I sold my '75 Baja to someone on the list that had as much original paperwork as anything I've ever seen period, plus original keys AND Stroppe key ring. Show me an original key ring and I'll be impressed. Documents included Stroppe invoices, window sticker, dealer card, Cali Blue plates and dealer plate frame, original spare tire cover, and a ton of other stuff. I know what I sold mine for.
Anyway, it's only worth what someone will pay for it...which is probably low 20's in my opinion.

71 Baja Original

I know I was out there on the original asking price, but I am still considering
Resonable offers.
