I have not worked on my Bronco in about 8 months. Going to try to get back at it.The roll bar kit I got does not fit It hits the windshield frame at the top. I ordered it cut notched and tack welded for an extra 100.00 and I still have to cut it and refit it . It sure seams like every thing I order I have to rework. I checked the measurement from top of the windshield to the top of the tail gate and it was within a 1/8" of correct one side and perfect on the other. I have no idea why it does not fit .
.

Deepwoods,
Would you mind giving me the model number for the power steps that you used?

Rear frame horn on driver side was ripped out on bottom and top. PO drove a wood wedged up the frame to attach the bumper to, I rebuilt it and welded a reinforcement on top around the hole see Pics

Ben I told my wife I was not going back to Tenn. without my Bronco . It won't be ready this year and every year I see something I like in Tenn. and change build directions so I need to stay away. It has been in the basement for about 2 years now and I allmost never work on it .

Keith, I'm glad to see you're getting somewhere with yours.. Mine has been pushed to the side for 2yrs while I play with my Harley.. I have been getting fired up about it recently though, so it may come back to the forefront this year.. Little direction change for me though, I plan to get it running and moving before the frame off... Just need to see the progress.... Time has been tight for me, but if you run into a bind and need an extra hand, let me know, I'll try to run over..

I picked up a Rotisserie yesterday so now its going to be a frame off .I hope this will help me speed things up . I am going to take the body to get it soda blasted by the guy that does Fordfans in Alabama. When I get through with it I will loan it to Bronco Brothers in the area

I decided to move the battery to the Driver side To make room for a EFI air filter box I will be fabing up also started on fabing up the recessed Fuel door like Nick did on one of his builds. I cut a strip of metal 3/8" wide about 14" long and wrapped it around a large washer then welded it all the way around.I will cut it in the body weld it in and drill and tap to hold the Aero Fuel door more pics later
