What Viperwolf said. Lines up to Explorer serp plumbing (kind of) but the tranny cooler being on the cool side (unlike Champion) is the selling feature.
Here's the one for the manual... https://m.pepboys.com/product/detai...FORD/RANGER%20PICKUP/0/V6-245%20%204.0L%20OHV
Remember, the manual radiator is thinner than the auto one. My brother-in-law has one and it seems to keep his 302 plenty cool.
Rangers and explorers are the same thing... https://m.pepboys.com/product/details/9813069/00894/1994/FORD/EXPLORER/0/V6-245%20%204.0L%20OHV
If you want a straight outlet, you have to get a manual radiator which is thinner and (obviously) does not have the tranny cooler. If you want the thicker auto radiator, then you'll have to deal with the angled outlet.
Can't find a good thread with install pics on the exploder radiator.
Viper- are your using only an external trans cooler or are you going through the radiator and the external cooler?
