'76-'77 pitman arm

Does this arm use the same taper at the draglink hole as the '76 and up knuckles at the tierod holes? If I wanted to use a late style pitman arm with a early style draglink could I use a bushing like this to correct the taper? http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-12775-f150-knuckle-conversion-sleeves.html

The taper in a 76/77 pitman is smaller than the 66-75 pitman. You need to ream out the later pitman in order to use the older drag link not sleeve it.
