I have the high and low beams working now but no High Beam Indicator light. (Has to work to pass inspection) Would it be the red spot on the top section of the gauges ? I'm hoping its just the bulb. Any thoughts. Thanks Phil

Top center of the gauges is the spot. Not red. Usually blue but I only remember white (color filter gone if it ever had one).

If all else fails an auto parts store blue light with one end going to ground and the other to the high beam post of the dimmer switch. Hang it under the dash or stick it in a dead cigarette lighter hole.

I have seen people pass inspection by having 2 wires under the dash to make the horn honk. All it has to do is work, no one said it had to be pretty.

The stock high beam indicator is red. Could be bad bulb or bulb socket may not be grounding well in the cluster (give it a spin).
