Looking good OB21. I don't think I could have wrapped myself around restoring a Bronco recovered form the bottom of a lake with the kinds of issues that result from the rust and water damage. Great job you're doing, keep it up. You're certainly an inspiration to others for the love of the build.

I find myself using parts that I would have not used 10 years ago. Yes I am better at restoring them but its getting harder and mor expensive to find the cleaner parts. It just takes longer in the end, I guess more bonding time with the Bronco. lol

Cut out the quarters. I had to air chisel most of it out because I could not locate the spot welds (they were covered by rust and undercoating.

Well I got the quarter panels welded in also seam sealed and painted them on the inside. I also drilled out my door post and fixed them so they are now adjustable again. I hate painting over the old door post (the part that goes in the latch).

Some epoxy sealer on some parts now. Still have loads of body work and am waiting on a rocker to replace.

Been a bit since I updated. I have been tackling the Body, Doors, Tailgate, hood and taking apart an engine and getting it running. Had the engine fired and running tonight on the frame. The body has been primer sealed and body work slow going. I am building some half doors right now and plan to make inserts for them. My goal is to get this thing in a few coats of high build primer, sanded and painted before October. Also I need to pull the c4 off the engine and get it rebuilt. Seems like I am working on 50 projects at once on this.
