Finished pulling the one fram and axels apart. Sandblasted and wire wheeled the frame. Prime sealed with Ospho. Massey Furgeson Gray to go on next.

Looks all too familiar. Your doing great work.
Do you plan to sure up the body at some point? They tend to fold up easy with the clip on.

I have to brace it (after making sure things are somewhat straight). Then I will put it onto the old frame and use it as a jig to get the body right again and do ALL the sheet metal work. I can then work on the frame/suspension/drivetrain separately from the body. Still up in the air on an engine. I have 2 old 302's, a c4, a 3 speed. Ill keep looking for something I think. Might try something else.

Be sure to check the mounting points on both frames, i am using an old frame with my rotisserie for the same reasons you stated. My spare frame mounts are off by 1/4" on the second one back and 1/2" on the third one back. I may have just gotten a bogus frame however it doesn't hurt to check, especially if you will be dialing the body lines in on the one frame prior to placing on the other.

Thanks, I will. Seems both the Broncos I am using are way out of any kind of alignment on just about anything, lol.

I got some more work done. I have the Dana 44 from the 77 onto the frame I did. I moved the Body on to the old rusty frame to use a working roller for the Body (to help keep it aligned somewhat), body is braced as well.

Been working a bit almost each day. I had to leave town for a bit as well. I replaced the Pass side floor pan and its front support, firmed up the front inner fenders and wheel wells, also the radiator core support. Also I just cut out the rear cargo area and am now air chiseling out the extra rusted metal from the cargo area. I also cleaned up a bunch of parts Ill need later and made a mount for the 76/77 proportional valve. A little at a time.

Thanks, She will not be perfect but I am trying to keep the build moving. One thing I can say from working on multiple Broncos, Get the best tub you can to start with, screw the drivetrain and extras, Its all in the Body and the frame.
