99-04 Mustang Cobra Hydro Boost

I've done some searching on the site and haven't come up with the info I need. I have a 99-04 Mustang Cobra Hydro Boost unit and master cylinder. I am using the adapter kit off of eby for the stock angle brake bracket. My issue is that the GT/Cobra Master cylinder has ports for the brake line on the bottom, and there is no room to get the brake line bent for the front port. Has anyone used the ebay bracket, and Mustang hydrobost, and if so, what was your solution for the master cylinder. A Mustang base v6 master cylinder has ports on the side but the outer diamter of the mounting flange that goes into the hydro boost unit is to large, and also longer than the gt/cobra unit.

I did it (regular GT hydroboost, not cobra, although I doubt there is really any difference). But that was 20+ years ago and I sold it 15+ years ago.
Adapter to AN fitting is what comes to mind. I was doing it with a 351 no less, without a body lift. Made my own adapter bracket for the firewall, so that may be different.

I ended up using the stock mustang plate and mounting directly to the firewall. I think I had to re-clock the plate. If I remember correctly it's shaped so that it will pitch it different angles. Mine is tight on the intake (Explorer 5.0 intake) but it works. I'll try to find a pic to post.... you can see in this pic I added how close it is. I may have flipped the hydroboost over from how it sits in Mustang? I used some adapters and pre-bend 90's on bottom of MC and used soft lines down to the distribution block.
