Hi everyone.

I was wondering if anyone could talk about the cam they're using on their fuel injection conversions. I have a slightly radical 347 (ross pistons (10.5:1) trick flow heads, gt40 intake- and am running the trick flow stage II cam. My bronc is a street machine anyway so rock crawlers don't laugh too hard. I know I'm giving up a ton of low-end but most of my driving is over 2,000 rpm anyway...BUT...I was wondering if anyone can think of a somewhat wild cam that does great all around. My setup currently is fine; it's great getting on the freeway and letting it wind a bit, but to no surprise I find that when I'm coming off idle and hitting a hill or something similar it's like you have a 6 cylinder until you bring the tach up over 2,000. I would like to find a cam that can deal with the low-end street stuff and still pull like a mother.

Any ideas? Comments?

As the others have said call the cam companies they will set you up with the correct cam. Also you didnt say what gears tires or tranny you are running that can have a lot to do with cam choice and the way its currently performing. When you call the cam company you will need to know this info as they will ask.

If trick flow has a stage 1 try that,if is not enough go with more ratio on your rockers. What ever you use I would like to find out what you did because I have the same set-up.
