Adapting new stainless steel lift off hinges with older style tube doors

I have 2 broncos. One has the older Duff cast lift off hinges with tube doors that use the 1/2" pin. I am about to install the new stainless steel hinges on my other bronco but according to Duff they use a 1/4" pin. I measured and is more like a .3375" or 8.6MM or 11/32 smaller pin. My plan is to replace the 1/2 pin on my tube doors with a 11/32 pin so I can use them on the SS hinges, then run a bushing on the other bronco to take up the space.

Has anyone done this?
Any spacer or bushing recommendations?

I found an aluminum spacer on Amazon that I could TIG weld an aluminum washer on top to make my own T bushing but looking for options.

Stainless and aluminum have issues with galvanic corrosion when placed together. There are ways to help prevent the corrosion, but they may be difficult to use on a bushing. What material is the pin?

I can use stainless steel for the pin. I am not very worried about it seizing to the aluminum. I can use anti-seize and would change them a couple times a year.
