1976 bronco

It looks like it has not moved since we looked at it.My offer still stands if you want to bring to Leesburg.Looks good behind that F250 going to its new home. That is a cool old barn and really the bronco was in the loft or 2nd story! It was built strong enough for a tractor to drive up there. The bronco is in good hands now good luck:cool:

Jackman made the original white spoke wheels.

JM.jpg

They have flat spokes (holes are not rounded on the edges) and most have the individual spokes welded to the rim. They kind of have a cool factor as far as white wagon wheels go!

I think I have a set of those wheels, Are they worth anything?

That tire had a bad case of mange - it was shedding rubber in chunks. Fordfan has a nack for finding the Broncos.

Great find. It is always nice to come across a true Barn/Shed find. Hope to see it the Townsend TN show in the future.

Hey Fellows:
As promised, a few "posed pics". Check out the surface of the oil filter and guess when it was changed last. Maybe a decade or two ago!?!.....Also, that tan Grenada or Monarch steering looks real.....realllll..nice with that dark green original interior!!!:cool:

A few more: Nice horn button that is "Labeled" and you think that the push button starts of today is new?!? ....and the original AM radio plays, tunes and the dial lights! WOW!! The exhaust system looks original; the catalytic converter and all!....the tail pipe has tape wrapped in the worst areas. The rear axle is the triangulated housing and appears to be the original one; and this is a late '75 build date!

What month was it built in fordfan? I see it's got the old style charcoal canister. Supposedly, sometime in the '76 model year they went to the newer plastic jug up on the firewall.
That must've been a mid to late 76 transition to the '77's then?

Really digging the helper springs on the shocks! I bet those make it ride nice. Looks like a good start for a Lubr though!

It was built 8 - 75. That's a good eye DirtDonk.....I had noticed the canister underneath, but had not thought much about it. It has a DSO of 54.....delivered to Omaha. I can't expain the triangulated rear end housing.....It appears to be original.

Hey broncoxraptor, yeh those coilovers sort a add a little extra bounce on the rear.

Mill Knob.....I found this one looking for one as nice as Yours!
