The rod is threaded all the way , just cut it and chase it with the jam nut.
there might be a little confusion hear..the rod from the brake pedal to backet bell crank has threads seems longer then needed so cut as needed and reinstall clevis ,,,, joshua and broncoitaliano seem to be refuring to hydrobooster input push rod CUT ,thread and readdapt,,, ??? just trying to clarify..

That’s what I’m assuming. I thought about doing that and possibly using the og swivel bracket. But it would have to be really shortened. Probably to short to compress all the way the HB all the way.

But if I slightly shortened it now, it wouldn’t have to start from such a far angle, then I could have the pedal rod longer.

Ok got you , you could shorten that rod some but the coupling nut is 1" long and with the swivel in that 2 piece rod couldn't take much out .

I have made a 1/2" spacer for a customer , goes between the bracket and h-boost.

I’m not going to cut the HB rod right now. I’m just going to use it as the kit was sold. And cut some off some of the rod going to the brake pedal. I’m sure I can order a new rod going to the pedal from catfan, if I want to shorten it on the HB end at a later time if I think it would be any better. Or copy his work if I can’t order it. Thanks for all the input gentleman. I’ll report back on this thread if I have more questions.
