visit ...you wouldn't go back to FL !!! and yeah it never rains in southern baja ...guess what it did !! good news tho, it washed off a bunch of the dust off my sequoia !

4 lots but all one lot ... but from outside it looks like 4 individual properties ....
1st lot . the 6 bay workshop / garage
2.nd lot, 3 bay under roof carport w. casita behind it ( lil 1 bed 1bath house )
3rd the pool and front yard
4th the main house 3 bed 2 bath

owned for 37 years by US owner who do to age move back to south Dakota

HAHAA ... thats what they told me !!1 i hasn't rained in months .... but it did the day i looked at it !!!

what next .... well made an cash offer ! google maps shot ... would have one street neighbor and its 20 blocks from the beach ( 2 - can am 4 seatrs !?! lol )

its not as simple as buying property in the us . only Mexican and or corporation can own land in mexico . this one is for 37 years as us / corporation owned !
buying the corporation and becoming the president makes you the property owner ... ..just bla bla lawyer carp ..loll
