Can anyone confirm or deny this is a actual Baja Bronco or just painted to look like one?

I would say no based on DSO and lack of special order alone. It's pretty much incorrect Baja everything other than the sport baja on then fenders lol.

Bajas didnt start til 1971. They are Poppy Red. Not candy apple and were 3 color. Not a single. This could be an ala carte truck sent to Stroppe for upgrade. That happened but I dont see any Stroppe equipment on that rig.

What all of them said! Read baja bronco briefing on my site and you can learn a lot. Some exceptions but rare .

Looks like a pretty nice truck, but hopefully it wasn't all done like the dash/speedo pic!
Ugh.
And flip those dang pedal pads over the right way! LOL

I thought the same thing! And get rid of the red axle and drum brakes. Awful!

I saw nothing Stroppe on that truck. He claims its real but has no documentation. If its real and undocumented its effectively not real. I personally have a basic hard time with the paint being the wrong color. Its candy apple. There is one fuel tank too.

Says “tribute” In the ad. He isn’t saying it s a stroppe.
Guess tributes are up to the imagination

The seller changed the listing by adding “tribute”. The original ad had been written that is was an actual Stroppe Baja Bronco.

FWIW, just because it's not on the Marti Report doesn't mean it isn't a Baja Bronco...
But that definitely is NOT a Baja Bronco...!

Happy to see that they updated this ad. Wonder if they are following CB.
