The guy doing the repaint on my ‘77 right now has a ‘72 Blazer that he is prepping to sell. He is waiting for someone to remake the bed to top seal. Beautiful, and I’m not a Chevy guy.

It will be fun watching all the Broncos go across block. The market is obviously red hot right now. Can't wait to hang out with other Bronco guys and talk shop.

The prices seemed a little soft at the Mecum KC auction. With this many hitting the auctions who knows how that will affect it. We will see. The trouble starts when this economy slows. These will drop for sure

Yep, I thought so too. I usually fast forward through most of the lots, but it sure seemed like way too many "no sales" also.

After a quick review of the current Broncos coming up at Barrett Jackson, if money wasn't an issue, I still wouldn't even bid on 12 of the 22 being offered for style or color.

I’ll be there Thur thru Sat with a few folks from LEBC and Bronco Club of America. Looking forward to it. I’ve been to Mecum but never to BJ.

I spent five hours here on day one. There are some really nice Broncos represented and a few ho hum versions. Then there’s this.

That one was on bringatrailer last year and didn’t sell. Mostly just got people making fun of it.

I arrive on Wed night, but only get to go on Sat. Do the broncos that get sold on Thurs, and Fri get taken off lot? Or can you still see them? I'd really like to get a few pictures of interiors that are custom as I hope to be proceeding with that this spring. Anyone interested in sharing some pics? I'd greatly appreciate any interior shots, including engine bays that have a power steering box on the inside of the frame.
Thanks, Forrest

It depends. Many of them are still around on Saturday but some have already been picked up by shippers and are on their way to their new homes. I've gone on the 'big Saturday' for many years and a rough guess is that 20-30% of the Broncos are gone by then.

Lot 210 $41K. Owner was hoping for $50K+. After fees he only walked away with about $36K

Lot 461.1 just sold for $40K. Is the back window missing?
