Best way to remove oil pan 1966 170

Need to remove oil pan on a 170 six. Got a clean painted replacement. Frame in front looks too close to pan to drop it.

Is it possible without lifting motor. If not what is the best way to get the pan off?

Hi, you can change the pan if you lift the front of the motor. Be careful the fan does not hit the radiator. Good luck

loosen motor mounts and raise enough so pan will clear oil pump. I have done it on my 66 roadster
